It's hard (and easy) to believe that I went months without blogging. Nursing school is a hoot! Just when I thought things couldn't get harder in school from semester to semester... they did. I have been on a roller coaster ride for sure. I love my nursing friends so much. They always know how to lift me up. I'm also so grateful for our instructors for how empathetic they are to us. I've cried on their shoulders a few times. I'm so grateful for the tender mercies of the Lord. I'm so grateful for the gospel in my life. The Lord certainly knows all... and he'll make up the difference for any shortcomings as long as you do your part in serving Him and his people. Today was actually a good day. I did get over 80% on my test. However, I still have a bit of anxiety. Today I bought a bunch of books for my RN semester that starts in May, and just looking at them freaked me out. There have been many times this semester that I have been wondering whether or not I'm going to pass my classes and be able to continue on with everyone in May. For some people in my class, this seems like a cakewalk... smart people... I think I might study the hardest in our class... and I barely get by... too close for comfort. I'm always on edge and trying to find relaxation techniques to try and keep my stress, pressure, and anxiety down. If I can maintain where I'm at right now... I'm going to make it. I WILL make it. (I'm working on having faith and confidence in myself too). I went for a run today. I'm finally getting in shape again, and this for sure helps. During my run, the Beatles song "I Get By With A Little Help From My Friends" came on. I have truly never been so grateful for friends and family to lift me up when I need it. As long as I take one day at a time, I seem to not be so overwhelmed. I just do what I can do with every day as it comes. Graduation with my LPN (licensed practical nurse) will truly be one of the biggest and greatest accomplishments in my life. I'm so grateful for such great parents that support everything that I do and strive for. Sorry I've been neglecting you all. I promise once this year is over, I won't be so selfish with my time. I do love you all. Here are some pictures of my recent life...

Sometimes studying makes us a little crazy
This was the snow day we got at the beginning of the year. I was studying for a giant skill pass off.
I passed.
KP has been making headbands for us all :)
